I disappeared from Instagram for 3 years. Not because I stopped running. I started researching.

Masters degree. Surveyed 136 people about mental patterns and performance. Found something: We track everything physical. But mental performance? We're all just winging it.

I've raised $10K for mental health and I've DNF'd races because my head wasn't in it.

MindsetCoach exists because mental performance IS mental health. And coaches need visibility into both.

Most performance tools ignore wellbeing. Most wellness apps ignore performance. This connects both.
